I paired my high waisted shorts with a colorful blouse with cut out shoulders and ankle boots. My blouse was from Kohl’s. My shorts are from Urban Outfitters and my booties are from a store in Switzerland, I can’t remember the name but I know you can find some at Forever 21 and you can get some at Urbanog.com.
