You will need:
- a piece of paper
- scissors
- hot glue
- marker
- felt
- ribbon
- embellishments of your choice
Steps:
- Draw your template on a piece of paper. See above picture for shape.
- Cut it out
- Trace onto felt
- Cut felt out
- Glue tips together
- Glue ribbon on the back
- Add embellishments as you wish
- Add it to any shirt (tie it like a necklace) and you have you now have a peter pan collar!
